Q: What size Pro Club short and long sleeve t-shirts do you have?A: For Youth we carry from size XS up to XL in short sleeves and long sleeves. The long sleeves are only in the colors of black and white. Short sleeves come in various colors. For Men we have from size small up to and including 10XL. From large through 5XL, we offer regular lengths and tall lengths. 10XL is only in the colors of black and white. The other sizes come in various colors. Long sleeves for Men is from small up to 7XL in different colors.

Q: Can I choose to pick up my online order at your store?A: Yes, you can! At UIC Outlet, we offer the convenient option of in-store pickup for your online orders. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. After processing, we'll notify you when your items are ready for pickup at one of our store locations in Kalihi, Waipahu, or Honolulu (Blue Sky Hawaii). When you come to pick up your order, please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid ID. This service not only saves shipping costs but also allows you the flexibility to collect your purchase at your convenience.

Q: Do you accept orders from other than Hawaii?A: Yes, UIC Outlet is pleased to accept online orders from both Hawaii and U.S. customers. As an online store specializing in men's big and tall clothing and accessories, including brands like ProClub and Wrangler Workwear, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for the whole U.S. Whether you're based on the Hawaii or overseas, you can enjoy our diverse selection of high-quality apparel and have it delivered to your doorstep. Please note that shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location, so we recommend checking our Shipping and Delivery policies for more detailed information. We currently do not ship internationally.

Q: What is the Return and Exchange policy?EXCHANGE POLICY: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, online orders are eligible for an exchange if it is within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. (The tracking number will state when the merchandise has arrived.) Refunds are NOT available on any shipping charges. All purchases will be refunded for an exchange or store credit only. We reserve the right to reject items for return or exchange if they are not accompanied by a sales receipt. For any exchanges, please include the valid UIC receipt. Our exchanges are processed just like a new order and listed as Exchange in your order status. Exchanges typically take two weeks to process from the time you send back your item. To check the status of an exchange call 1(808)842-3088. RETURN POLICY: • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of you receiving your order. • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed. • Merchandise must have all tags and accessories attached. • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. • Shipping charges are not reimbursed on returned items. We are unable to process your exchange if these requirements are not met.

Q: How long does it take to receive items from UIC Outlet?A: At UIC Outlet, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and shipped promptly to provide a seamless shopping experience. Typically, orders within Hawaii are delivered within 3 to 5 business days after processing. For customers outside of Hawaii, shipping times may range from 7 to 10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
